Experiencia fantástica: This gym is the best gym I have found since moving to SoFlo. I tried a couple of different gyms before finding this one and Hideaway is by far my favorite. Steve's programming is some of the best and really focuses on quality over quantity. I myself have had a nagging knee injury but feel the strongest and fittest I've felt in awhile. Having small classes allows for more personal attention to get the corrections you need from Steve. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming place to get fit!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place and I highly recommend visiting or joining. This being my second box, I know what’s out there, and it’s easy for people to be intimidated by CrossFit. Not here though! Trust me - you’ll find a lot more than fitness at CF Hideaway. I have fun here, I release stress, I laugh (a lot), I join in community activities, meet new people, modify movement, get better, and I’m happy. Enjoy.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Crossfit Hideaway as a place to workout. Steve the owner and the people I workout with have made me feel very welcome. I'm older than most of the other people in the gym but I've never felt uncomfortable or felt that I should be working out somewhere else. I'm only ever given amazing encouragement by Steve to push myself further and already after only a month or so I can feel and see the results. For me joining Crossfit Hideaway was the right decision and it's given me the incentive to want to get up early and go to the gym so that I can reach my fitness goals.
