Experiencia fantástica: My son (brown belt) and I (blue belt) did a drop in, we train in NY. Randy and the gym are fantastic. We did a sequence from take down to submission that we will use ongoing. Randy did not charge us so we bought merch. I highly recommend training here.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for whatever type of workout of disciplines to learn. I am saying Randy Barroso is the modern day Mr. Miyagi. He cares about his gym and his team. He will treat you like family and go out his way to show you how to be a better you. I go to his class and took my son and it is awesome. Doesn't matter what level you want to go to he can take you there. You will have the same experience I always have.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend going to this gym if you want to learn all the areas of fighting starting from grappling to striking. Day one coming into this gym I didn't know anything about martial arts but slowly I started to pick up and learn techniques by training consistently nonstop. If your interested in learning how to truly defend yourself or wanting to compete in grappling or striking highly recommend. The basics will be taught till it's second nature to you.
