Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! The ladies who work here are very friendly and the instructors are amazing. The entire studio is spotless and smells great. The sound system is in point as well. Never an issue with parking either. Every time I take a class by Valerie i feel like im being challeged. I love it and highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice gym, excellent instructors and the warmest staff in town. I can say that I have been training at Pulse 163 for almost 4 years, and even if they see me often, they are truly kind and had very good manners that I really appreciate. They are focused on their clients, they keep the place sparkling clean and they are always working on the details. Melissa, the owner, also supports our community, many good causes, women entrepreneurs, and that is a plus to me. They have always people visiting the area that are happy to find this barre gym close to Sunny Isles and Aventura.

Experiencia fantástica: I took a class from the instructor Britt. She was amazing! The studio had a great energy, the staff was very friendly, it super clean and I got a great workout. I hope they open up some more afternoon classes. I'd definitely go back!
