Experiencia fantástica: I'll be honest, I've always made fun of crossfitters... but this place is amazing! It's like having your own personal trainer but in a class. Everyone is super supportive and encouraging. I am blown away by the community that is Omnis. I need more stars to give.

Experiencia fantástica: Was in town for work and needed to drop in for a workout! The coaches, owners and members were all super nice and all came up and introduced themselves. Workout was killer and was great to get a quality CrossFit WOD while on a business trip! 100% recommend this box for not only dropping in; but, also for folks in the area wanting to join an awesome CrossFit gym! Much thanks Omnis North Little Rock!

Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere and community! I’ve not been long but know there is no other place I’d rather workout! Everyone has a wealth of knowledge and highly recommend !

Experiencia fantástica: I may be a new member, but you wouldn't know it - the coaches made me feel immediately accountable but also included. I love the way that even small movements that have been corrected on me by the coaches so far, have increased my mobility with certain lifts, kept me from injury even though I LOVE to over-do it and above all - it is really cool to find such awesome coaching and information on top of a welcoming environment :)

Experiencia fantástica: Two things to review here. #1 -I’ve never done CrossFit before and was intimidated anytime anyone asked me to try it. Well- guess what?! I LOVE it! Wish I would have done it sooner. I love the community and how friendly and supportive everyone is. I love how everything can be modified no matter what your skill level is. #2 I highly recommend MJ the massage therapist!! I’m not a big “massage person” but I decided to give it a shot since I’ve been so sore- and I feel so much better and I’m already booked for another session!! Oh- and the chiropractor’s are wonderful too!
