The give you the best training, while educating you on the way and way not the program they take you through is what's best for your body. Experiencia fantástica: We love this gym! Yo Yo is incredible with my sons. He not only knows how to keep them motivated, he also makes sure they are always learning. They not only learn how to workout with their body weight preventing injuries they also are constantly learning life lessons. He pours into them about being self-motivated, taking ownership of their decisions, and core values. We are so grateful for any additional positive male presence in our boys’ lives. This gym checks all the boxes!!

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best private gym in Norman. No shortage of top line equipment. Plenty of space for any activity imaginable. But training with Yoyo is the real magic. Every training session with him is unique and custom to you and your abilities. Most importantly, he challenges your mindset. Every session pushes you to be your best physically and mentally. Yoyo and Integrity Gym have helped improve my mind, body, and soul for the last two years. Can’t recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: The kids have a great time with Yo and his exercises are "helpful and fun" (in their words). After four sessions, I can see how the activities are improving their balance and agility for their sports (soccer and basketball). I can also see how this training can lead to improved self-confidence and a life-long love of movement and sports.
