I have been impressed with the custom workouts planned out for each us suited to our individual needs. It’s clear that he not only has a passion for teaching but has a vast knowledge and expertise to back it up, identifying the adjustments needed to target the intended muscles. Garrison is able to explain it in a way for all levels to understand. Very professional environment, friendly members, and a visibly result-oriented gym.
