Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this gym. And I especially like that it's open to local patrons and not just students. However, I believe $35 a month is a bit much for a membership. How about $25?? Or even $30?? That's more reasonable in my opinion. Additionally, the indoor track is a bit small for my taste. But those are my only concerns. I thoroughly enjoy lifting at this facility.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice place to play sport. I only come here once a week to play basketball so I pay 7$ for a day pass which is not too bad.

Experiencia fantástica: When searching for resting metabolic rate businesses I was so glad to find this was an option at ODU. We went to the human performance laboratory for RMR testing. We worked Kyra, process from scheduling, the appointment, and results was seamless. Definitely worth every penny spent for this. I highly recommend using this local university over other businesses I found all over Hampton Roads charging three, four times the amount. Absolutely will recommend to all.
