Fling Bungee Fitness

Experiencia fantástica: I hate working out so I wasn’t sure about trying fling bungee fitness…. but I just completed my second bungee class and am hooked! I had a blast and worked up a sweat. Pam was the instructor for both of my classes and she’s very supportive and makes the class fun. Looking forward to taking more classes!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've attended level 1 and level 2. It's a fun way to get a great cardio workout. The classes are easy to follow and Karrie was wonderful. She walks you through the steps and makes sure everyone understands the moves while having a great time. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I am brand to this kind of exercise. The whole staff is super friendly and the instructor went slow so that we all new the proper steps. The music was super fun and at one point we all started singing! Fling definitely works your whole body and you definitely work up a sweat! This is the most fun I’ve had since kickboxing to Billy Blanks!

Experiencia fantástica: If you love a FUN, ENERGY FILLED, OUTSIDE the BOX workout- then THIS IS FOR YOU! Stop wondering and sign up! The instructors take you through the set up, the basic movements, and add on from there. You are guided through a safe, low impact, high energy class. You will leave wondering why you didn’t try it sooner Doesn't everyone want to start a FLING?!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an absolute blast at my first bungee class today. I will definitely be coming back. I haven’t felt that accomplished after a workout in awhile. This class was lost of fun and Karrie the owner was so personable and professional. The space was very clean, open, and inviting. I will for sure be coming back and bringing friends! 10/10
