She takes a holistic approach to fitness....training, recovery, mental health, and nutrition are all part of the individualized plan she creates for her clients. She caters to individual goals and needs; and she listens to her clients. It's not a one-size-fits-all approach. Drea is tough and will push you for more, but her expectations are not unrealistic and I've found that I can do more than I think I can, which is so rewarding! I've been a client for about 2 years and have seen results, I'm in the best shape of my life and I feel great (mentally and physically).
