Experiencia fantástica: I was staying in town for the week on vacation and had a list of gyms I wanted to visit but thankfully this was the first one I went too. I didn’t go to any other gym that week. Staff and members were friendly and coaches were very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot on my Olympic lift techniques. We started and ended on time and the class flow was very easy to follow. I never felt lost as they demonstrated each movement and gave time for questions. I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 3 years am married to a CrossFit coach and have been an athlete all my life and I I can honestly say I walked out of life RX Fitness a better athlete after only a week of drop ins and have some great tangible things to improve on in my lifting moving forward. I can’t express how highly I recommend this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Been around since May 2019 and it is a clean, warm and welcoming environment. New to CrossFit, I came unsure and left knowing it's for anyone! Great Instructors to help you on your own journey to fitness and health! Not to mention they offer a few other activities and classes to make it a one stop shop gym.

Experiencia positiva: Tractor tire flippin,parking lot jumping,sidewalk running packs of highly motivated non couch potato types having fun while socially interacting with other like mindeds. Regardless of your current fitness level if you want your endorphins energized go visit,talk and then walk the facility with a coach. Time to get your move on.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Place to WOD! The coaches and students are friendly, proficient, and the equipment is in great condition. As far as CrossFit boxes go, this place is more than adequate!
