My recovery rate after each intense training will be cut in half now thanks to this innovative technology.

Experiencia fantástica: Paradigm is my favorite gym in Newport Beach, hands down! First of all, it's HUGE. There's a lot of space between machines, I never feel cramped. The classes are really intimate and I always leave feeling like I got a deep stretch and a full-body workout. They have really cool technology for recovery too, my favorite is the Prism Light Pod red light bed, it's super relaxing and helps with any muscle soreness I feel after working out!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is incredible and so is the staff! I came for the personal workout stations that they built because of COVID and stayed for the people, community, amenities, and... did I mention the locker rooms? So glad I found this place.
