Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Custom Bodies has been phenomenal. I was a client about 15 years ago and I transformed my body, my eating habits and my entire attitude about a health, fit lifestyle. Since retiring about three years ago, I realized I needed to rekindle that feeling with the very trainer I had at Custom Bodies. Their knowledge of the human body, how it works and how you can discover your best self through well-researched fitness training, thoughtful nutrition instruction and continuous work on mental strength and focus can and WILL work for anyone. I believe in this company and give it my highest recommendation.

I know he's very knowledgeable and will help me reach my goals. Secondly the gym is a perfect size and I'm 100% comfortable! I have been to many different gyms over the past 25 years and none of them come close to the service you get at Custom Bodies Fitness. I feel like part of the family. Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member at Custom Bodies Fitness since 2009. The staff has always been extremely friendly, and always greet me by name. Custom Bodies is a great gym, it's a nice place to work out. It's not high pressured or intimidating like some of the big gyms, and it's never too crowded. They have everything I need, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff really makes a huge difference. Because of Custom Bodies, I've been able to reach my fitness goals, and I've gained quite a few pounds of muscle, which is a big deal for me being a runner most of my life.
