The byproduct of that is members who chase after the example they set, and are willing to be vulnerable with their coaches in order to get better every day. Ohana is the Hawaiian word for family and it best describes the coaches, athletes, and the atmosphere. The workouts are scaled for everyone regardless of your ability and Coaches Fe, Stan, Butch, Red, and Heather are a powerhouse of knowledge on nutrition, mobility, gymnastics, weightlifting, sports medicine and massage therapy. If you’re wanting to compete, this is the place. If you just want to look and feel better, this is the place.
