Experiencia fantástica: Strategy is amazing! The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of equipment and weights and the atmosphere is perfect for a comfortably workout. The facility is clean and perfect!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym with a lot of different resources. Group fitness classes, individual space for working out, lots of equipment, etc. I started a new workout program and was not sure if I would have access to all of the items the program required but the gym had everything I needed- steps, bands, lots of room to walk around, equipment for cardio, etc. I love how I can hit the gym whenever I want, too! My schedule is crazy and sometimes I am not working out until late at night or super early in the morning! Alex is also very knowledgeable and stops to answer my questions when she can about anything health and fitness related, she is passionate about what she does and it shows. The gym has that professional atmosphere without feeling intimidating so I feel right at home there. Definitely recommend for new members.
