Experiencia fantástica: Great for helping sedentary kids get in shape as well as helping athletes take it to the next level. Classes are very inclusive, kids are comfortable around each other, and there is a wide array of body types and abilities. My child is not usually a fan of classes or certain organized sports, but has really flourished here. Coach Tiffany is fantastic with the kids and has really cultivated an atmosphere of inclusion and support. When we joined almost two years ago, it was mid-pandemic, which means there were no organized sports happening at the time, and my former active child had been somewhat sedentary for a while and was getting a little soft. Since then he has leaned out and built muscle, which he is very proud of! These are kids so it obviously wouldn't work if they weren't having fun at the same time, which she is able to incorporate in the middle of actually getting some great cardio and strength training done at the same time. Highly recommend.
