Experiencia fantástica: Awesome workout and instructors! I just made my two year anniversary with the HB location, and realized how beneficial it's been. When I first started, my top 30 second sprinting speed was as fast as I thought I could ever go. Now, I'm regularly running that speed for miles at a time--their skilled instructors and varied workouts are key to increasing your fitness and enjoying it while you do so. Could not recommend more!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this studio ! From Katy to the other 2 trainers I have had it is a great HIGH ENERGY workout that pushes me hard and really gets the sweat going. Has become one of my favorites thru CLASSpass and zi look forward to each opportunity to BURN with Hour Blast !

Experiencia fantástica: One of (if not the) best workout classes I've ever gone to. It's not hard to see results and get hooked to HB - Katy and Meredith know what they're doing, and it shows. This downtown location is great - newer equipment, super clean, stretching after every workout, and clean showers! Highly recommended - support local, you won't be disappointed.
