Experiencia fantástica: I took a class here as a drop-in while I was in New Orleans for a conference. The place was very clean and the equipment was all very well maintained. The staff was friendly and the instructor, Vee, was phenomenal! I haven't boxed before, but I do Muay Thai and Vee took the time to explain the differences in stance and form, which I really appreciated. The class was a good workout and allowed everyone to go at their own pace. I would highly recommend this place and if I'm ever back in New Orleans I will definitely stop by again!
