Experiencia fantástica: Just finished my second class at Fit therapy! It’s been an awesome experience so far. Just moved back to New Orleans and was looking for a good place to start weight training and I’m very glad I went here. Emile is a wonderful trainer and you can tell he actually cares about your form and that you get the most out every class! Can’t wait to continue this weight training with Fit Therapy, Emile, and their team!!! *** UPDATE ON MY REVIEW : *** Just finished glutes and full circuit with Natalie! What an amazing workout! I feel so much stronger after a workout with Natalie!!! She is a great trainer and takes the time to help you with your form and encourages you throughout the workout!!!!! Experiencia fantástica: Fit Therapy is an amazing gym with an amazing focus. So far, Glute Therapy with both Matt and Emile were great. I was given an extensive overview with each class before the class began, which was very helpful. I was also assisted during the class at many different stations making sure my form and positioning was correct. I am excited to gain in-depth knowledge of this workout. The gym is clean, beautiful - the music and company are both great too! Natalie signed me up for my first class and politely followed up with me in assisting with purchasing a package - because you will want more classes! Excited to try circuit and sweat therapy as well as abs and arms! I am a Barre3 fitness instructor in New Orleans and can say the staff here and the studio are top notch. Well done Fit Therapy!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym so much! It’s a dream as far as idealism goes in a great workout. There’s no planning on your part. You waltz in care free and have it all laid out by the trainers ready to rumble! It’s arranged in a way that makes it fly by. You can feel confident about form as the trainers are keeping an eye on you. Results come quick and they push you just enough to find an edge you’d never find on your own. It’s very clean and contemporary. 10/10!!
