Experiencia fantástica: The gym is an awesome hangar type building with great equipment. The giant cooling fan parked in the doorway was a lifesaver and made the gym tolerable even on a 112° day. The coach for the class, Devin, was very attentive and took some time to get to know me and my goals, and gave me some good technique pointers. They made me feel welcome as a drop-in even on my first day! The process to drop in was quick and relatively painless, $75/week of drop ins at the time of this post.

Experiencia fantástica: Visiting the city for a couple of days and wanted to keep the pace, and the response and communication with the team ahead of was direct and positive. Did 1:1’s with coach Janelle and it was really good. Recommend the place for 1:1’s or even open gym, several facilities in New Orleans.
