Experiencia fantástica: Great place to work out, I've looked for a place for quite a while since moving to Connecticut. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable they get to know you and find out if you have limitations before just throwing you on a machine, and for a man in my mid-50s with bad discs in his lower back and I haven't been to a real gym since my mid-20s that I thought was very nice the place is always being cleaned and the price in my opinion is great.

Experiencia fantástica: Enjoy the wide variety of exercise equipment at Renegade. Always clean. I usually go to Groton or Norwich.
