Experiencia fantástica: The owners and couches at Crossfit Good Fortune are amazing; really knowledgeable and motivating. I was new to Crossfit but able to join in straight away as they explained the movements clearly and showed me scaled options to help me learn. There is a great community at Crossfit Good Fortune - I've been a member for about 6 months and feel so much healthier and happier for it.

Experiencia fantástica: The coaching staff are professional, knowledgeable and so supportive. They run through all the movements and help you to adapt or scale them to your skill level and ability. They encourage you but are never pushy. They make the experience fun and safe. The workouts are different each day so you won't get bored. This gym is so good, I love it.

Experiencia fantástica: The best CrossFit gym I been too. I been to four, so I might know a thing or two. At CrossFit Good Fortune the staff are amazing, all very professional, and knowledgeable about that they teach, but also personable. If you are worried that you might not be able to do it or keep up with the class, there is no need to worry. Any exercise can be modified and sculpted to your abilities. We are all at different fitness levels and are very supportive of each other's personal bests. What do you got to lose? Come give it a try!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, staff, and community. After I had my second child I was looking for something to help me loose weight. What I didn't count on was getting in the best shape of my life. Arms full of grocery bags...no problem, lift a very full large garbage bag into the high garbage containers...done, lifting, spinning, running, playing with my children until THEY drop...priceless. I am a crossfit lifer and am so glad I joined this gym.
