Experiencia fantástica: My experience has been nothing but wonderful at Apogee. I had a bad injury 2 years ago and had to work very hard to get back into shape. The instructors helped and encouraged me every step of the way. They truly care about every client who walks through the door and I am very grateful for their leadership and friendship! Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Apogee for about a month now and I’m loving it. I did CrossFit for years and after Covid closures just couldn’t get back in the groove. I needed something different and I tried Apogee and I’m so glad I did. You can make it as challenging as you want and you get a great full body workout in. I can already tell a difference in my arms. The coaches are great and I love they take the time at the end to get in a stretch!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the structure of workouts, three stations 10min each, a few movements at each station. 45 min total time spend start to finish and that includes stretching at the end. The classes strike a great balance between challenging and accessible. Instructors are great as well. Try it out!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Apogee ! The instructors are all so motivating, caring and so helpful! I have seen more results from this class than any other class I have done ! instructors want to help you reach your fitness goals as well as the class provides a never boring set of exercises that is a perfect overall workout every time I go! I highly recommend anyone to give it a try ! It’s really the best workout out there! You will love it !
