Experiencia fantástica: I just started there and I can say They are very professional. The staff and members are all welcoming and accommodating. More importantly the staff knows what to do and what not to do. It just feels good to know someone is looking out for your health and making sure you're doing things the correct way. If you’re looking to be healthy and whipped into shape in a great way. I think this is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in at Crossfit North Haven for 2 weeks while I was in town for work and had an amazing time getting to know the coaches and members. This is an incredible crossfit facility and family run gym, and the people are some of the most welcoming and encouraging you will ever find. I felt at right at home after my first day. Everyone took the time to introduce themselves and get to know me, and the workouts were some of the most challenging I've had in a long time. The programming here is incredible, and the coaches do a phenomenally job of motivating you and improving your mechanics on every exercise. Looking forward to coming back the next time I'm in Connecticut. Thanks Kurt G, Greg, Warren, Ray, Derrick, Brian, and everybody else for making my time in North Haven a great experience!
