Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit True has been the best fitness experience of my life. I began my "True" journey 8 years ago and with the guidance of Monique Beauchamp and her highly qualified coaching staff my clothes fit better and I feel great on the inside as well. Moe, Ryan, and Mia will challenge you with rigorous workouts that are demanding both physically and mentally and are always prepared to provide helpful advice and handy tips to improve your fitness. Whether you are a novice or an experienced Crossfitter, you will find your fitness home at CF True. The entire community is supportive, welcoming, and will cheer you on by name! I highly recommend Crossfit True. .

Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit True was the first place I joined when I moved to Connecticut and although it was luck that I initially picked it because of proximity, turns out I couldn't have found a better gym and community. Everyone is truly welcoming and supportive plus the coaches are top notch. Movements are thoroughly explained and practiced, warm ups are designed to specifically prepare you for each workout, modifications are readily available, and coaches are prepared to make corrections/adjustments as needed to improve form (plus keep you safe). Both coaches and members provide encouragement every day, whether it's to try that heavier weight or new movement or to simply keep moving through the workout. Even now that I've moved over 30 minutes away, I still come to Crossfit True because it is my favorite place and I always walk out feeling accomplished, strong, and happy.

Experiencia fantástica: I walked into this CrossFit gym 6 years ago to try to feel better about being in my mid 30s. Still, hands down, the best thing I’ve ever done for my self in my life! If you want to make a group of friends who will support you in every thing you do and discover a kind of strength you didn’t know you had, come try a work out! Love you, team true!

Experiencia fantástica: I've worked out at other Crossfit Gyms in the past, but nothing compares to the spirit of community that exists at True. It's diverse, celebrates people of all different walks of life & ability levels, & is truly my second home. It's so important to find a gym where you feel COMFORTABLE and look forward to going back & for me, that's True Athletics.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome training that met me right at my ability level and progressed from there. I am so much stronger, lost inches and pounds!! The nutrition helped me rethink how I was eating and helped me make changes towards healthy eating! Highly recommend Monique and her team!!
