New Haven True Bikram Yoga

Experiencia positiva: I have practiced Bikram yoga in many states and I honestly find this location to be the most annoying one. It has no parking, and it's extremely hard to get into the building, and the yoga room is in the basement. One of the yoga sessions I had with this studio was with a virtual teacher. I have never heard of that concept before. The teacher is not located in the studio and run through the class Zoom style. What is the point then? I drove all the way to New Haven (20 mins each way), struggles to find parking, and then i have a Zoom class? Why don't I Youtube it at home to begin with? Thankfully this is not my home studio.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s a shame that it was closed when I started going during the pandemic. But my experience here was fantastic, I loved coming here in the winter months and have a sense of tranquility and peace. The way to the studio was a little confusing but they provide arrows and instructions. ????????

Experiencia fantástica: True Bikram yoga has been phenomenal for me. Really life changing. I have been going 3 mornings a week for about 7 years. It helped my body and my mind. I’m fitter, calmer and happier. I felt so good I got back into marathon running, which I had not done for 25 years. Great instructors and a great community. Join us at 6am in Madison. As one of our instructors says “you’ve done more by 7:30, than most people will do all day!”
