Mike is very knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring person when it comes to helping people reach their goals. The equipment is amazing and very up to date. Best trainer in town!

They made sure I knew where everything was so I didn’t look like a good stumbling around… the equipment was great and the workout was awesome. Michael was hands down the friendliest and most knowledgable person ever- if I could give a million stars I would!

Experiencia fantástica: I went there and did a buddy training session with Mike. The gym is amazing.The gym is clean and has some great equipment to work with. I really felt motivated when working with Mike. The sauna is really nice and was a perfect place to relax after my workout. I also got a protein shake after, the blueberry banana shake was very good. 10/10 gym.
