Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Adelphos has been my home for the past three and a half years and I can honestly say I don't know what my life would be like without this place or the people in it. Not only have I gained an awesome skill set, physical and mental strength and some fitness, but I have also gained an amazing family that loves me and encourages me. The facility truly is amazing.
