Experiencia fantástica: My review of Terry Middleton’s is 20+ years overdue. I earned my 1st degree black belt there in the late 90’s as a teenager. My parents attribute my time there as game-changing for me, and it’s taken me some time to clearly understand the same. The training was top-notch, that’s the easy part to review. What is less easy to quantify, but more valuable is the life lessons/knowledge that I didn’t realize that was gaining in the process. Discipline, respect (including self respect), courage, leadership skills and confidence are all things that I owe so much to my time at Terry’s. Thank you so much for what you did for me!

Experiencia fantástica: Carla, who leads the women's kickboxing class, is outstanding. She is warm, inviting, and informative and fun. I've only been to two classes so far, but this is the first time I've looked forward to exercising in a long time!!
