Mike and Maghan do an excellent job of helping each and every one of their clients/members reach their fitness goals on their time and on their level. Whether you're looking to get back in shape or are a seasoned Cross-Fitter, this place is for you. CDF also does a great job of making you feel like a part of their tight-knit community from the first moment of your first class. I'd highly recommend CDF to anyone in the greater Athens, OH area looking for a place to get fit, healthy and have fun.
