Experiencia fantástica: Love rising sun! I joined this gym in March 2021 and I’ve been hooked since day one. The coaches here are so knowledgeable and know how to work with all levels of fitness. They focus more on making sure your doing the movements right and correct and really help you work on building up good technique. The community that is here also is unmatched. I’m so thankful to have found this gym! Made Nashville home for me very fast

Very well thought out with specific goals in mind and lots of focus on accessory training as well. Trainers are knowledgeable and stress safety, good technique, and positive attitudes. CFRS is like a second family at this point and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!
