Experiencia fantástica: Needed a place to train while in Nashville on a vacation. This place is great and Matt is very welcoming. The rules are really enforced here unlike many other gyms where people leave a mess behind them. The other people training were friendly and I didn’t see anyone sitting on equipment texting. Thanks for running a real gym, Matt. I know where I’m coming to get a good pump next time I’m in Nashville.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m from out of town and was visiting a friend who lives here in Nashville. Poe’s gym was more than welcoming when I first entered. Matt talked to me asking me where I was from, what I do, and what I was working on. Based off what I told him, he suggested the best equipment for what I was wanting to work on for that day and was an amazing experience. I’m wanting to own a gym in the future and this is how I would imagine it at the peak. Thank you so much Matt, made me feel like family walking through that gym.

I am a powerlifter from Ohio and was looking for a place to train while on vacation. I am so glad I reached out to Matt Poe at Poes Gym! Matt clearly explained the ins and outs of the gym and made me feel right at home and welcomed. Matt and Josh were there both days I trained making sure I had everything I needed. The gym is clean, organized, structured and most of all filled with equipment to keep your training in check. Communication, cleanliness and passion are just a few qualities this gym excels in.
