Experiencia fantástica: The BEST gym in Nashville. Trumav offers open gym & HIIT classes - both of which are top notch! Each trainer is fantastic, and offers their own unique expertise to their training/coaching sessions. After just a couple weeks of becoming a member, I felt like I was part of a big family. Everyone is encouraging, friendly, and always there to push you to meet your goals. 10/10 recommend joining this top-notch facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy I discovered this gym. I love the structure of the workouts, how many calories I burn per class and being able to see my progress on the screens from wearing the heart monitor you get with membership. The trainers are so helpful and so motivational. I don't feel judged, and I always feel so good after my workouts. If you live in Nashville or even visiting take a class!
