The owner is a very nice guy, and I can tell that their members are in great shape so this gym will definitely give you results. Everyone seems like they love it there. The facilities are very clean and they have all the best equipment needed for Crossfit training. Great gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Gate City Athletics is the best place I have ever worked out at. I haven't consistently exercised in almost 8 years and couldn't think of a better place to start back at. Anthony is an amazing and patient coach. He gives great one on one direction in order to prevent injury. He takes his time explaining things, sometimes over and over multiple times. He never seems frustrated or annoyed. I'm so glad I checked out GCA and became a member. I do not have one single regret on this investment!
