Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member of CrossFit Nashua for 6 months and the gym has completely changed my perceptions of CrossFit. I had no experience with CrossFit or any Olympic lifting and the coaches are very patient and take the time to break down the movements to help you learn and feel comfortable. They provide options at different experience and strength levels that allow you to feel comfortable and progress in the movement while still getting a good workout. I enjoy coming to classes to get stronger and improve my overall fitness.
