F45 Training Naples

Experiencia fantástica: This place is a great place to workout. I can’t believe anyone could have a bad workout here unless they aren’t willing to work or put the effort in on any level. There were 3 coaches to help motivate, encourage, and challenge each member individually while making it feel like a team. I believe there are always going to be those who want to blame everyone else for their problems, which would be the only reason for a less than 5-star review should be made. Your workout is what you make of it, and this gym gives you an opportunity to make it great. I’m pretty critical on my workout locations and I felt this location did not disappoint. I feel as long as you don’t have the mentality that the fitness world revolves around you, then you have an amazing workout here waiting for you. Thank you to the three coaches that made my workout worth my time.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a big fan of F45! Naples studio is the 2d location I tried . The room is spacious and clean, trainers are very friendly and beyond motivating.I’m a visual so seeing the screen demo is so easy and just makes sense. They’re dedicated to get you in the best shape of your life!
