Experiencia fantástica: I love Spenga!!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The workout is difficult but amazing, and it feels like a safe and nonjudgmental environment — no matter where you are on your fitness journey. By the second time I came everyone already knew my name and was saying “hi Faith! How’s it going?” as soon as I entered the studio. I can’t wait to continue working on myself at Spenga.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great location, great group of instructors and an efficient diverse workout, with spin, strength and yoga/stretching. In 1 hour your body gets a great workout and you go at your own pace so from young to old, there is something for everyone! Looking forward to continued good health! Thx Spenga Naples!
