Experiencia fantástica: Down in sunny Florida from snowy Minnesota and I dropped in at CrossFit Naples with my daughter! We had such a nice morning! The coach Miles approached us immediately even though he was in the middle of coaching a class to welcome us and make sure we were all set up. Class was very organized and the skills were demonstrated and explained in detail…will absolutely return in fact spending the week! Thank you for your warm and friendly manner and very well coached class!

Experiencia fantástica: I love how this gym works with all levels of athletes! There is a perfect balance in the coaching between the understanding of limitations someone may have and still finding a way to challenge them. There is always such a positive and encouraging vibe; I look forward to every workout!
