Experiencia fantástica: My longest relationship with with Gym at ISI and I’m so grateful for it. I started at the Myrtle beach location but over time my workout needs changed, so I started frequenting The NMB location. Derek and Misti are amazing humans and knowledgeable not only for exercise but for total wellness. I have mobility challenges and despite needing modifications - I am never treated as less than or broken. I’m always pushed, encouraged and supported. Any age, any situation - this place is for you!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym I’ve ever belonged to! I’m 54 years old and not in the best shape but getting better every day thanks to the coaches at ISI! Everyone here is top notch! This gym is encouraging and inclusive- all ages, sizes, goals, etc! Everyone supports one another and has a great time. Workouts are challenging but accommodations are offered to individualize your workout. Great vibe!
