E3 Boot Camp

Experiencia fantástica: E3 is my first “boot camp” experience. I’ve been a member of other gyms in the past and although one of them was open 24 hours, which gives great flexibility, E3 is my first experience where I have the perfect combination of a flexible schedule with the added resources of great teachers and instructors to push you to reach your goals. The workouts are highly effective yet simple enough that anyone can do them. This is the first time I feel like I’m being set up for long term success as it pertains to my health and wellness goals. Thank you E3!

Experiencia fantástica: I love E3! I have been going for over a year now. They keep you motivated when you start to fall off and see what you need help with. The exercises are always fun and different and definitely keep your heart rate up. They have helped keep me in track with my goals and I have lost 60 lbs by keeping up. It's an awesome gym!
