When you go into her classes, you may be troubled by the world around you but by the end of her class you feel totally transformed in heart, body & soul. She works you into positions you never thought you could do & boost your confidence level. She is a top level instructor. I can’t praise her enough for what she does for me & several others have said the same thing. Thank you Thia from the bottom of my heart.
