Experiencia fantástica: One of my favorite gyms. Tons of equipment to use, it's not very crowded, and the rates are decent. Staff is pretty on it about keeping the equipment sanitized.

Experiencia fantástica: The Apex center was very enjoyable and I reccomend choosing this center for teaching your child self defense. I have nothing to say about the fitness part. ( I havent been in there.)

Experiencia fantástica: My second home ! Old school iron, not just a bunch of treadmills. Never too crowded to the point you have to wait on equipment for more than a few minutes during their peak times. Lots of other activities to get into as well from kick boxing, BJJ, HIIT classes, kids classes. A lot of stuff you don't find at most typical gyms. Staff is very friendly and professional as well.
