Experiencia fantástica: This is for adults and agility/fitness training for kids/teams. For adults: What I like is it’s not the same thing all the time. Kim and her wonderful trainers do a great job in using multiple items to give you a work out. Sometimes there are challenges against each other, sometimes she wants to make us cry when we leave ;), sometimes it’s simply working out, all always with a set of workouts listed. Everyone has same goal, no matter the level, get healthy & fit & be happy :). Kim and her trainers are very personable and knowledgeable, each having their area of expertise. For kids: have only done it a few times, but my daughter and her fiends seemed to really enjoy working on their fitness in a fun atmosphere.
