Experiencia fantástica: Place is CLEAN and NEAT ALWAYS!! The staff is a pleasure and the equipment is top notch. I started my fitness journey 3 months ago and the culture is so positive!! I never felt intimidated or out of place. Everyone is extremely supportive and caring which is key to success!

Experiencia fantástica: By far the most amazing gym I have had the pleasure of being a member at in Oklahoma. The staff is always friendly and encouraging and the members all seem to form a unique family that offers much support, both mentally and physically, to current members and new incoming members alike. I personally have a great deal of gym anxiety, but here I feel welcomed and encouraged by each and every member and staff member. Overall, a GREAT place to train, prep, and simply become a healthier and happier individual!

Experiencia fantástica: I have fortunately had the opportunity to train here for the last 3 years. They always have the best of the best equipment and always upgrading, the gym moral is like a huge family when you walk in, everyone knows everyone. Best thing is you have access to all the locations if you travel around okc!

Experiencia positiva: Good gym and they offer good equipment! BUT very small. Barely any room to even lay a mat down. They did have an area for mats but bought more equipment and now there’s zero room. Hope they decide to get more space soon otherwise me and my wife are going to find another gym.
