Experiencia fantástica: F 45 is a great place to work out because the staff and the customers are so friendly it really helps motivate you to meet your fitness goals. What’s also cool about I 45 is a timing class classes you can get a great workout in a short time and be ready to start your day or end your day. Lastly you never going to really see the same workout again it’s always something different so even if the title is the same it is going to be some kind of different movement within that workout and it always keeps your muscles guessing and your heart rate pumping.

Experiencia fantástica: I started at F45 after seeing the incredible results my daughter made in just a few short months. I have always been active but started at F45 at rock bottom. However, quickly I began to build confidence with the coaches encouragement. I joined an 8 week challenge and learned how to change my thinking/eating and saw results as I lost fat and gained muscle. My 70+ mom came to a class when she was in the area and Coach Mauricio modified and worked with her in such a positive way that she joined a gym back home and is on her own fitness journey now. The coaches, format and way members become such supportive friends has had such an incredible impact in my life. I highly recommend F45 Murrieta North!
