Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! The instructors are so kind and can push you yet still respect your limitations. The yoga room is always clean and has such a relaxing environment. Hot Yoga classes are great for your skin and your body to relax and release toxins. The instructors calm your mind while also working all your muscle groups for a wonderful experience. My favorite classes however are barre classes for muscle training and toning up. The instructors always have modifications and are happy to help with anything! I have a history of knee problems and each instructor has given me different stretches and in class medications that help so much! So glad my family found this place because it’s definitely the highlight of every day:)
