Experiencia fantástica: One of the greatest things about living in a small town in Murray is having a place like this where it isn't just a yoga studio but a yoga community. The owner and her husband teach the Jazzercise classes at the studio and she has fully embraced yoga, taking classes alongside students each week. She has created a welcoming and inclusive space for people of all levels to practice. There are beginning, all levels, advanced, yin/yang classes, even classes outside at a local park during the Summer. The instructors are all unique, each teaches with a different style (some have difference sequences every week and others stick to a pretty similar flow), each is wonderful, great humans inside and out. It is my zen place always but during COVID it became even more important. Everyone should check it out (whether you are local and just hesitant to feel silly practicing in front of others, COME COME) or are super advanced and dont think classess will be challenging enough (COME COME trust me Thursday night IS advanced). I can't speak highly enough about this place.
