Experiencia fantástica: I’m writing this review after Coach has tried to kill me at least twice this week; brutal honesty is forthcoming. I joined LIVFIT last September, coming with a few years of experience from different local gyms. This experience has been like no other. The programming is by far the most effective of previous experiences with muscle gains to prove it. What makes this gym different is Coach’s attitude toward fitness and clients’ abilities. He will not sugar coat anything and doesn’t think twice about calling you out when you’re “dogging it”. If you are ready to level up, this is definitely the place for you. I fail more often than not. When I leave I have a mixed feeling of accomplishment and slight disappointment in myself ; I know I’m getting better by the day but I also know Coach thinks I can do even more! That’s the difference! Coach sees abilities that we don’t always have the confidence to see within ourselves. I know when he’s yelling at me to just pick up the bar that it’s coming from a place of encouragement. The community is also amazing and full of talent! Everyone works to their ability, encourages others and celebrates successes. However we do hold each other to a standard of success; it’s not competition but an unwritten expectation that you push past your self-perceived limits. Experiencia fantástica: I joined LIVFIT in July 2020 and have lost 40+ pounds, learned how to properly do movements, and increased the amounts of weights I can lift. Coach Mic Santo doesn’t hold back - he’ll hold you accountable and will focus on form and function. The classes and programming push you to be better. If you’re looking for a push, this is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: I love, love, love this place and these people that have become my family. I have been with LIVFIT and Coach Mic for a over a year. I cannot say enough good things about the programming, the community, and the coaching. I am stronger in my 40's than I ever have been . Coach Mic really cares and has helped me achieve some longtime goals of mine (pullups, overall strength, and getting my nutrition in check)). If you are looking to become a more healthy and stronger version of yourself and become part of our amazing family..... you should give LIVFIT a chance. You will never regret investing in yourself and your health.
