Experiencia fantástica: I love training with Hope! I love that she has a deep, well-rounded knowledge of “styles” of workouts. I’ve had trainers that just train you and run you through a workout. Hope is understanding of the style of workout that my body requires. We’ve discovered that I must start with mobility warm ups and end with stretches. Since training with Hope, I have definitely gained muscle tone and strength that I had previously struggled to achieve. She is one of the most important parts of my day and I highly recommend her!
