Experiencia fantástica: Barre 11 is LIFE. CHANGING. My chronic back pain has been ELIMINATED since taking barre classes regularly the last (almost!) 2 years!! I had back surgery about 11 years ago and have arthritis and degenerative discs in my lower back. I have lived with off and on pain ever since then, but let me tell you…barre has CHANGED THAT!! I have core strength I have never had, so much energy, flexibility and strong, lean muscles..so many good things! I am forever grateful for finding B11 and getting my work outs in with the most amazing new friends and instructors! It has literally changed my life in every aspect. I’m never the same person going in as I am coming out after each class. Even after all this time. There is zero judgement when you walk through the doors and you will always be welcomed with a smile and I’ll be the first one to save a spot at the barre for you! Encouraged, supported, loved, challenged, strong, capable and empowered are just a few words I think of when I talk about my experience at Barre 11. There’s nothing like it!

Experiencia fantástica: Barre 11 is such a welcoming place! That is so important for an introvert like me. The instructors are fun and patient. I love Barre classes for toning and posture, and I love bounce classes for cardio and balance. Try it! You will wonder why it took you so long!

Experiencia fantástica: Barre 11 Fitnes is an amazing studio designed for awesome workouts with great instructors. Judgement free zone. The 1st class is free. I been attending for about 5 years and they always bring more for their clients.
