I am the most fit I’ve been since the birth of my two kids and even stronger. The team specially my coach Desiree are awesome. I love the community atmosphere. I can’t say enough good things about GCP. It’s so much more than just a GYM! It’s a game changer in true sense.

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy the classes at GCP! When I am there time goes by so quickly because it is a fun environment. The exercises are challenging and they target different body parts. The coaches are extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable.

There have been so many reasons I haven't been able to maintain a fitness journey, but the coaches here are dedicated to not only getting you on track, but finding ways that work for you to stay on that track. I will fully admit, I have "fallen off the track" a few times, but they don't make you feel bad about it and just talk you thru it and what you can do to get back to where you need to be. The workouts themselves are challenging in the best way. Sometimes we tend to underestimate our capabilities and strength, but the coaches will definitely bring those out in you in a fun and challenging way. If you are looking for a gym that will bring out the best of your abilities without intimidation, this is the place to be!
